We are opening a BRAND NEW FLAGSHIP BRANCH in COVENTRY (on Sir Henry Parkes Road) later this year and we are seeking a team of passionate customer focused, sales driven, health and safety conscious superstars to come and join us. The team will be 14 strong, operating 3 vehicles with a tool hire department and a Benchmarx kitchen showroom. New branch, new team...new job for the new year perhaps? Read on...Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 0730-1700 and alternate Saturdays 0800-1200.
Hours - Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am - 12pm but you will only need to work 1 Saturday in 2.

How important is this role to the business
As the Tool Hire Fitter / Driver in TP, you will play a vital role in supporting our Tool Hire Manager to meet and be compliant to all mechanical, electrical processes and procedures in regards to repairing and testing tools and equipment to the TP Tool Hire standard.
What will I be doing?
In this multi-skilled role you will be tasked with ensuring all tools and hire equipment are tested and safe for use and readily available for hire.
You will support your Tool Hire Manager in managing all aspects of their department and business.
Delivering and collecting a wide variety of tools & equipment to our customers.
With your learned knowledge of the products and services we offer, you will be a pivotal contact for our customers, nurturing great relationships, understanding their needs in order to offer expert advice and recommending alternatives to profitably maximise the sale of goods.
Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, so you will need to adhere and be compliant to all Tool Hire processes and procedures including all Tool Hire audits and inspections.
What experience do you need?
You will ideally be a multi drop experienced driver and have tool service knowledge. We are interested in your transferable skills - Great Customer Service and Great Sales experience. A full clean UK driving license is required.
