Yard Assistant

Join Keyline as a Yard Assistant and play a key role in driving our continued success. You'll be supporting the safe and efficient operation of our yard, as well as providing great customer service to our wide range of customers.

Where Will You Be Working? 

Keyline Braintree (CM77 8DL) is a thriving busy branch, with an enthusiastic team of 17 staff and a varied fleet of 7 delivery vehicles including 2 x 32T Hiab offload vehicles, 3 x 26T Rigid Hiab offload vehicles, 1 x 12T flatbed vehicle and 1 x 3.5T van. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team.

What will You be doing? 

As a Yard Assistant at Keyline, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting all yard operations and working closely with other staff, including vehicle drivers

• Process customer orders

• Load and unload customer and company vehicles, unload building products from supplier deliveries and book them into the branch warehouse

• Implement stock management in line with our health and safety policy

• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment at all times

• Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers
