As the face of Toolstation, your role goes beyond customer interactions. 

You'll be actively involved in the day-to-day operations, from checking and unpacking deliveries to stocking shelves, putting orders together, and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of your branch. 

It's not just about selling tools; it's about being a hands-on and integral part of our team.

Store Assistant responsibilities

Here is what you can expect to be doing as a Store Assistant day-to-day: 

• Mucking in - this means checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together
• Delivering great service - providing an exceptional customer experience with a smile, no matter how busy it gets
• Asking questions and building relationships - this looks like ensuring customers leave with all they need for their project and fostering strong customer relationships
• Building a fun working environment - maintaining high product availability and store standards and creating a branch atmosphere that everyone loves working in
