Warehouse Assistant - F&P

Our F&P network have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Assistant. Join our fast paced business and friendly team, where we work hard to simply delivering more for our customers and colleagues.

The role we're recruiting for:

We are looking for someone who can work in a fast moving environment and who thrives on achieving their individual and team targets throughout the shift.  Overall we would look for someone who always works safely and accurately to ensure that we delight our customer every time.

You will be responsible for;

• Loading, unloading and moving stock manually by the safe operation of Mechanical Handling Equipment

• Accurately picking, checking and sorting customers orders where appropriate

• Consolidating picks and processing appropriate paperwork to ensure the sales office and  drivers can effectively process and deliver the customer order

The position involves working across one of the three warehouse shift patterns that cover the requirements from 5pm until 6am.

It would be great if you had:

• The ability to operate mechanical handling equipment after training and meet the physical demands of the role.

• It is also essential that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work accurately in a methodical and tidy manner.

• A forklift licence would be advantageous.
