Warehouse Assistant / Driver

What will I be doing?

• Joining our family as a Warehouse Assistant/Driver, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a tidy, working warehouse in order to ensure the safety of colleagues and maximise the efficiency of service and sales to customers - 

• ensuring adequate levels of quality merchandise are held in stock; loading, unloading and moving stock; and picking orders accurately.

• As and when required you’ll also deliver products from our branch to local customers. 

• Safety is key in our business, so you’ll ensure the vehicle is loaded properly and in line with road and transport legislation. And then when you get to your destination, you’ll be the ultimate professional: polite, helpful and the face of a developing, forward‐thinking business.

What experience do you need?  

• An experienced driver with a minimum Cat B licence (up to 3.5ton)

• Is happy using their initiative

• Thrives on independence and responsibility  Is good with people and great in a team

• Can operate MHE equipment - or is happy to learn how to

• Someone that is physically active, this role is located in our warehouse and will involve lifting heavy kitchen materials and use of manual handling equipment, such as forklift (Applicants need to be 18 years or old to drive the forklift)
