To do this, we need a Regional Director to help us develop the South West & Wales region.

So, Are you a Regional Director working in our own Merchant world, maybe a little bored of the norm and looking to stay in this brilliant sector, but take on a bigger challenge?

Or…are you looking for change and fancy a move from Wholesale, Retail or even an FMCG environment.

We’re totally open on which sector you come from as long as you can demonstrate an ability to lead, create vision and thrive in delivering exciting growth plans! 

We’re on the lookout for someone who thinks their pretty good at the following: - 

• Can you produce a compelling and realistic growth strategy?

• Have you got a track record in driving sales growth and building teams? Are you passionate about it? 

• Can you spot an opportunity both commercially and operationally and run with it?

• Do you thrive in an operational sales environment where you are responsible for your own P&L and operation profits? 

• Do you possess a commercial agility to react to an ever changing business and its markets?

• Do you consider yourself a good influencer with the skills to deliver change and challenge the day to day ‘norm’ 

What does the role look like?

Currently we have 55 locations and we’re looking to expand our offering across our network of 150 branches in South West and Wales. The role is fluid, ambiguous and autonomous and provides a great opportunity for someone to really grow this proposition in the way that they want to.
