Social Media Marketing Manager

What you’ll do

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Social Media, PR & Digital Marketeer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role combines digital marketing strategies, and social media & PR communication skills. In your role you will be developing the social media strategy, building or enhancing presence and delivering paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms and digital channels such as; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the Google stack.

What a typical day would look like:

- Develop a digital marketing strategy that drives sector brand awareness, conversion and revenue targets across

- Collaborate with wider comms teams to create and develop impressive outreach digital campaigns

- Social media management, content scheduling and community outreach that meets KPIs

- Work with our digital agency partners and influencers on content creation and distribution

- Develop a manage the paid digital media strategy that drives positive ROI and meets KPIs

- Report ROI and performance of our digital & social media channels i.e. paid Facebook Ads, Google display Ads, and on all digital marketing activities

- Develop, manage and implement a PR strategy and annual awards entry programme

What we are looking for:

- Experience of social media, PR, influencers and digital marketing experience either client or marketing agency

- Experience and evidence of team and project leadership

- Proficient hands on experience with digital platforms & reporting tools such as; social listening tools, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics and Google Merchant Centre

- Ability to ensure tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization achieves targets

- Results driven with good Microsoft Excel skills

- Hold a CIM qualification level 4+ or equivalent

- Must be creative
