Where Will You Be Working?
The role of a Sales Administrator is one of the most rewarding positions in our business, Basingstoke office already has a fantastic, well established team. Customer footfall is strong, the workplace is a busy one!
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Sales Administrator, you will report to a Regional Sales Office Manager and be responsible for liaising with our top 20 customers, other branches, and managers to achieve sales and growth targets. You will be expected to provide an outstanding customer experience by offering support with queries, quotations, and orders.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls, converting enquiries into sales contracts
Maintaining a good knowledge of products and services offered and offering alternatives and associated products
Directly working with preferred suppliers and manufacturers to source equipment on behalf of the customer
