Whats the role about?
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll report to the Regional Sales Office Manager and play a crucial role in supporting our top 20 customers, branches, and managers. Your goal? Help us smash sales and growth targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Converting inbound and outbound calls into sales contracts.
Providing expert guidance on products, offering alternatives, and upselling related items.
Partnering with preferred suppliers and manufacturers to source equipment.
Handling queries, preparing quotations, and managing orders seamlessly.
