Exciting Opportunity: Kitchen Sales & Design Consultant – No Experience Needed!

At Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery, we’re looking for enthusiastic people to join our team – and you don’t need previous experience! We’ll provide full training, including Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and all the product knowledge you need.

Where will you work?

This role is based at our Benchmarx branch in Witney, Oxfordshire (OX28 4FH), within a busy Travis Perkins location. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team of three, in a fast-paced environment with lots of customer footfall.

Full UK driving licence required – You’ll be visiting customers to help design their dream kitchens!

What will you do?

• Work closely with homeowners and tradespeople to create stunning kitchen designs
• Build great relationships with customers and help them bring their ideas to life
• Visit homes and building sites to develop designs using CAD software
• Work towards sales targets, with plenty of support to help you succeed
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers
