Finance Business Partner

We have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner that will support the Group Leadership Team and PLC Board focussing on driving business performance! We are looking to nurture your development and progress your career for the future. 

Location: Hybrid working with some time based in Northampton office.

You may currently be an Finance Business Partner, Finance Analyst, Senior Finance Analyst, Qualified Accountant who is looking to see their career flourish within our large multi-site organisation.

What you’ll do
 
As the Finance Business Partner for FP&A you will provide first class partnering support to senior leaders and Business Units, working closely with the Group FP&A team and central services to support business performance and achievement of the annual operating plan.

You will support the creation of a annual planning cycles through the amalgamation of multiple teams individual goals enabling leaders of the business the ability to see the full picture and bring it to a reality. It is also important that you can support, challenge and be an important part of the finance team. Through provision of business insight and KPI analysis to allow the Business to maximise opportunities and mitigate risk.

Contributing to the wider finance function working within a high performing team to provide high quality commercial and financial support to allow for improved decision making, understanding of performance drivers and actionable business intelligence
 
Is this you?

To be considered, you'll need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience working with a leadership team through strategic, operational and commercial decision making, providing insight, reporting and challenge.
