Following a relocation, we at Keyline are looking for a permanent Credit Controller to join our team based in Glasgow.

What you’ll do

Contribute to the development and success of an amazing Credit Services Department you will help maximise sales growth whilst minimising debtor days, managing overdue debts and minimizing bad debts. We work with current technology enabling our controllers to focus on what matters so that they have the best experience possible.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments in line with the company Credit - Policy.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ensure that all outstanding invoice disputes are resolved and collected through liaising with Branch and / or customers.
- Escalation and reporting of all high risk accounts
- Reducing late payments and bad debt
- Processing customer payments as required
- Working closely with Branch and Sales teams to grow profit
- Review customer accounts, approve credit limits and escalate those that have exceeded limits and where appropriate liaise with senior staff.

Determined character with the ability to take tasks to completion
Ability to build excellent rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work at pace in a high volume environment with accuracy and attention to detail
Computer skills , Excel
