Branch Sales Assistant

We, at BSS part of the Travis Perkins Group, have a brilliant opportunities for an Internal Sales Executive to join our collaborative and thriving Sales Team in our Hull branch.

What will I be doing?

As part of a fast paced team who are focused on offering the best service, and with your new found or existing product knowledge:

• You’ll provide high quality customer service over the phone.

• You’ll take ownership for customer quotes and be proactive in following these up.

• You’ll be offering a single point of contact for pricing and ordering products for our Customers.

• Ensure all customer and supplier queries are actioned and resolved in a timely manner. 

What we are looking for

The successful candidates must have experience of being a similar role, industry experience would be advantageous but not essential as full product knowledge training will be provided.  We do want your transferable skills of Sales Experience someone with an eye for a sale, Computer Literate as you will be dealing with emails,  Great Customer Service someone that can build strong relationships quickly to secure that repeated business and Commercial Acumen.
