Keyline is part of the Travis Perkins Group, and we have a brilliant opportunity for an Business Sales & Admin Support to join our growing Branch in Swindon on County Park, Shrivenham Rd, Swindon SN1 2NS.  You will be joining our already successful branch that has a team of over 11 experienced colleagues with 5 in the sales team, 1 admin and 4 delivery vehicles. This is a really busy branch and the Branch Manager has created a fun and professional environment with a nice family feel.

We are always succession planning, so if you are career focussed and willing to learn every aspect of branch life, we would love to support you in your development.

Branch Opening Hours - Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm, our customers don't work weekends and neither do we !  We are flexible with hours, this can be discussed at the interview stage.

  • We are looking for transferable skills, a passion for sales and someone that will go above and beyond for our customers, full training will be provided. We are looking for someone that is strong at communication and computer systems.
What will I be doing?
  • No one day is the same as the next in branch life, and now that you have had a great onboarding and induction, here are a few pointers:
  • As a key member of the branch sales team you will be the front line, proactively dealing with customer enquiries in person, by telephone, email and at the counter, ensuring that we exceed customer expectations and provide an exceptional service.
  • You’ll handle requests, give information on products, provide quotes and help each customer with all aspects of their purchases, taking our sales and service from good to great.
  • You’ll maximize sales at every opportunity and expand our customer base by helping to identify and develop new accounts.
  • You’ll be helping with query resolution both from a customer and supplier point of view. This will involve invoice query, transport admin, and compliance.
