Full time Monday - Friday + Saturdays ( Time in lieu given for Saturday )

Our 250 Bathroom Showrooms support our customers to understand their customers requirements, freeing up their time to develop their business and install more bathrooms, reducing hassle, saving time and making them money. As a Bathroom Showroom Sales Manager you’ll be helping our customers complete the job every time. Our dedicated showroom managers take our customers through the purchase of their perfect bathroom from design and planning to quotation and fast delivery. That’s why our customers trust us to deliver.

The perfect bathroom takes planning!  It requires specialist knowledge, great listening skills, creative and design flair and the passion to make it a reality. 

Our Showroom Sales Managers are the experts at putting our customers first. You’ll be someone that takes pride in their appearance. A credible and professional person who goes the extra mile to achieve and exceed sales targets by providing best in class service to both trade and retail customers using Group preferred suppliers.

The small print:

• We maintain high showroom standards and ensure all our customers receive a personalised service.

• We like it when our customers come back so it’s important to maintain a loyal customer base through proactive communication and building building relationships.

• We provide all our customers a CAD bathroom design service. This means we have a good attention to detail using that products offered from brands we trust.

• We always do what we say - whether this is following up on enquiries/orders and calling the customer back when items arrive.

• We know that a successful business is only as good as the people that work there. You’ll work closely with the branch team to ensure that training, development and knowledge is shared so all colleagues can cover the showroom as well as the Showroom Sales Manager.

• Most of all you will be passionate about our business, friendly, flexible, reliable and ready to roll up your sleeves!

Skills wanted:

• Experience using CAD - But not essential

• Quote Management

• IT Skills - google based ideally

• Sales - understand what a customer wants

• Negotiating skills

• Time Management

• Good listening Skills

• Industry Knowledge of Bathrooms.

• Numeracy and Literacy Skills
