What do our Branch Managers do?
Our Branch Managers are the backbone of our branches and possess the leadership qualities that enable our teams to deliver an unrivalled level of service to our customers. Our managers are entrepreneurial and are encouraged to be forward thinking in order to drive success in their branches.
Depending on the size of the branch, you could be leading a team of 7 colleagues, all the way up to a team of 40 colleagues, all operating in a variety of different roles (typically Yard Assistants, Sales Assistants, Drivers, a Hire Team and an Assistant Manager)

You’ll be expected to work at a number of different branches, allowing you to better understand our operation and the ways in which things are done, being guided and supported by our existing team of Branch Managers. Our Training Programme has been designed to be completed alongside your day job too, a work-life balance is important to us.
