We’re building a team for the future, we want you to come in and cut your teeth in a soft landing sales role. Our customers are all very down to earth and love to hear from us, what we’re trying to do is make sure we’re in communication with them more regularly, building relationships, talking to them about current workloads, their upcoming projects and helping them with project quotations. There is no cold calling with this role! 

For this position you must have worked in a telephone sales environment, where you have made outbound telephone calls to existing and lapsed clients. The product side of our business we will train you in! 

You will be required to build customer relationships to re-ignite, develop new relationships and take our customer experience to a new level! 

Here at CCF the customer is at the heart of everything we do and with our commitment to getting closer to our customers the new sales squad will support us to achieve our ambition. As part of this new exciting initiative and continue to provide market leading service and product availability. 

As part of this new exciting initiative you will build relationships by providing market leading service and product availability. You will drive sales and new business initiatives to lapsed customers or customers who have previously traded with us. It is essentially a warm call, we’re a market leader so we’re well known and want to reconnect with those that we haven’t spoken to in a while.

We’ve got a great proposition through customer service, technical services and sustainability, so we have a point of difference versus our competitors.

Where will you be working?

CCF is a prominent distributor of insulation, drywall and ceiling products to the UK’s construction industry. We are committed to working with our customers to deliver a convenient and efficient service, it’s what makes us completely customer focused! You will be working from our CCF Oldbury office, dealing with key customer accounts and the onboarding of new business accounts.
