Supplier Compliance Manager
What you'll do
Remote working with regular travel to Redditch, Northampton, Bromsgrove and Middleton, Manchester.
Competitive salary, benefits and bonus potential
We’re raising the bar this year to deliver an unmatched, convenient experience for our customers. That means not only meeting our own high standards but also ensuring that our supply chain partners do the same.
As a Supplier Conformance Manager, you’ll work collaboratively across teams — Commercial, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Distribution—to ensure our suppliers’ inbound deliveries meet strict quality and regulatory standards, in addition to adhering to our ESG and Responsible Sourcing principles. You’ll conduct supplier audits, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain.
Day-to-day
Conformance - Own the process, be the first point of contact for supplier delivery failures, undertake root cause analysis to manage supplier improvement and corrective actions. You’ll ensure suppliers adhere to product specifications, safety standards and sustainability goals.
Performance - Develop and monitor supplier KPIs to assess quality, delivery and cost effectiveness and mitigate any risks in the supply chain, conducting regular risk assessments and maintaining a high standard of supplier performance
On boarding - Lead the on boarding of new suppliers, ensuring they meet our stringent standards from the start assessments and maintaining a high standard of supplier performance
Reporting - Maintain precise and thorough records of supplier conformance activities, audits, and corrective actions. Produce management reports that highlight risks, opportunities, and recommended improvements.
What you'll bring
Supplier Management Experience: Proven experience in supplier relationship management within a multi-channel retail environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.
Analytical Skills: A detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to quickly analyze data, spot trends, and generate actionable insights.
Influential communication: You’re persuasive, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams. You’ll need to be prepared to challenge thinking and be assertive to drive change and force compliance when you need to. But you’ll do it in the right way by setting professional standards and gaining agreement.
Quality and Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, with a commitment to ensuring supplier compliance.
Your authentic self: While this is a high-impact role, we believe in a relaxed culture where personality and individuality are valued.
What you'll get
