We’re on the hunt for a Sales Manager to build, grow and develop a highly motivated team of Sales Executives.
Here at CCF the customer is at the heart of everything we do and with our commitment to get closer to our customers the Sales Manager will help us drive this new and exciting initiative and continue to provide market leading service and product availability.
The overall challenge will be to drive sales and new business initiatives to lapsed customers or customers who have previously traded with us. It is essentially a warm call, we’re a market leader so we’re well known and want to reconnect with those that we haven’t spoken to in a while.
We’ve got a great proposition through customer service, technical services and sustainability, so we have a point of difference versus our competitors.
The first challenge will be to build a new team of Sales Executives, we’re expecting most of the work to be desk bound, however, in time if they are keen to start to meet customers or seek out new customers we’re happy with that as well.
Outside of the day to day management of the team and its strategy, we’re keen to find someone who thrives in autonomy and has the creativity in finding new revenue streams, customer opportunities and new ways of working.
Who we’re looking for:-
Well, branch life is fun, fast-paced and full of personalities so we’re keen to find someone that can match the energy levels.
If you’ve previously managed a team in a call centre environment or any form of sales environment we’d love to hear from you.
However, you must be able to demonstrate you’re a people person, a creative thinker and someone who can associate or relate to our customer base.
And finally we need a motivated, driven self-starter who can drive change and demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit.
