Sales Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join BSS Pegler & Louden as a Sales Administrator. 

This role is a part- time permanent contract

Working across 3 days per week (22.5 hours)

Hybrid Working / Tuesday being an office day!

Location: BSS Technical Office - Nottingham

What you’ll do…

To support the P&L sales team, internal & external customers with the administration of orders and actuated valve builds to assist the growth and development of profitable sales of valve & valve automation products.

• To take responsibility for coordinating and prioritising your duties, whilst providing an excellent service.

• To demonstrate excellent standards in customer service and housekeeping.

• To provide a contact point for internal and external customer queries.

• To ensure that all purchase orders placed are accurate and progressed in a timely manner.

• Working with the Category Manager on stock shortages/lead time issues.

• To grow and maintain relationships with suppliers.

It would be great if you were...

• Well organised and able to demonstrate time management.

• Good with numbers and with excellent attention to detail

• Enthusiastic and applies an investigative approach to problem solving

• Someone who can easily demonstrate being proactively driven, team focused, and self motivated

• Comfortable communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of colleagues and suppliers

• Confident using Microsoft Office/ Excel & Word
