Benchmarx has a clear vision of becoming the ‘first choice supplier of kitchen and joinery products to the trade. Joining our family as a Showroom Assistant you’ll be responsible for keeping the showroom presented to a high standard, serving customers in person, managing queries via telephone and email, securing leads and passing to your colleagues, making deliveries and providing administrative support.
The role is extremely varied and is a great opportunity to bring your expertise in sales or customer service into the world of Travis Perkins Group. It is essential that you are a confident communicator as you must have excellent communication skills and are able to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision. Having a Full UK Drivers licence is also essential for this role as you will be required to support with making deliveries.
Working with installers we design and deliver ready assembled inspirational kitchens with comprehensive guarantees to our customers. To support our operation we are looking for someone hardworking, reliable, has great customer service skills, the ability to work both as part of a team and individually. You will be ordering and delivering stock so a full drivers licence is essential, as well as working in our busy showroom.
