Multi - Channel Assistant

We are currently looking for a Multi-Channel Assistant to join our Marketing & Digital team. The role is to work alongside the e-commerce, digital development and digital merchandising teams to ensure a seamless customer experience online. This can include maintaining and updating information used on Travis Perkins websites. Executing online promotions and digital content

This role is hybrid and will require travel to our Head Office in Duston, Northamptonshire once a week. 

What you’ll do

You will liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather appropriate product information and marketing campaigns to deliver through our digital channels, ensuring audit procedures are adhered to. Making sure products and associated content are of the standard optimised for SEO and organised in a manner to optimise the customer experience and drive conversion. It is important you are commercially aware and understand the impact of sales and profitability from poor product and supplier data. You’ll produce and communicate reports to the wider business on digital performance and plans.

Is this you? 

The successful candidate will have worked in a marketing or digital type role before within a fast paced environment, some digital experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills and strong relationship building is needed as you will be dealing with people in many different roles. You will need strong time management skills and can set target milestones to keep on track of all tasks.
