We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support Analyst to join our Travis Perkins Managed Services team providing proactive business and data analytical support to the FM Managed Services team and customers. Our Managed Services team provides a dedicated contract solution for one of the largest social housing providers, offering a bespoke service to suit the growing needs of the customer. 

What you’ll do

Responsible for providing proactive business and data analytical support to the FM Managed Services team and customers. Acting as a point of contact for the ongoing support of contract administration for the Account Managers in the field.

Is this you?

• Production and analysis of customer and financial reports (management information) and dealing with related enquiries/queries.

• Production of ad hoc reports and information relating to customers, branches and suppliers.

• Pricing reviews including tenders and adhoc pricing requests for the team

• Manage all correspondence in mailboxes.

• Any other key initiatives as requested, including process improvements and implementing new systems/ideas.
