Learning & Development Apprentice

Role Purpose

Under the management of the Apprenticeship Operations Manager, you will work as part of a busy team to provide efficient and effective administrative support for the Apprenticeship Quality Team. 

This role is contracted under our LEAP Apprenticeship programme and you will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Duration: 13 months 

Once you have completed your Level 3 apprenticeship, then we would look to progressing to a permanent contract. 

We deliver our apprenticeship programmes virtually, holding training and coaching sessions using video conferencing technology. As such, this will be a hybrid-based role, where some travel may be required for business purposes. 

We are flexible on the location of the successful applicant.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate operational administrative tasks.

• Plan and coordinate team’s activities including event bookings

• Undertake ad hoc projects to support training initiatives

• Assist with policy updates

• Contribute to research, monitoring and information gathering and analysis

• Data analysis and the maintenance of accurate and credible data. 

• Assist with the efficient processing of payments and invoices

• Assist in the production of Brand Data packs and preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence.
