Are you ready to embark on a new challenge that gives you the chance to Join our dynamic retail business as the Lead Campaign Manager? You will assume a pivotal senior role in developing strategic customer marketing campaigns that align with overarching business objectives, and elevate our brand presence. Directing a team of campaign specialists, you will influence and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams. Leveraging your strategic, customer-centric, data-driven acumen, you will lead impactful customer marketing campaigns, driving significant outcomes in customer acquisition, engagement, retention, market share, and brand equity growth.

Able to develop and implement strategic trading plans, with customer and marketing plans that align with overall business objectives, that are driven by data and customer insight?
Experienced in building relationships with key stakeholders to define goals, target audience, messaging, and success metrics?
Confident to lead and mentor a team of campaign specialists, providing guidance and support in campaign development and execution?
Experienced in Fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring effective communication and coordination?
Skilled at working closely with Commercial and Channel Teams to ensure alignment with brand, product, promotions, and sales initiatives?
Fully competent to collaborate with the Design Team to develop compelling and on-brand campaigns?
Experienced in optimising campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry best practices as this will be a central focus to ensure maximum impact and success?
What you'll bring
- Demonstrate Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Identify opportunities based on sales and customer data, to grow market share, customer loyalty and brand equity
- Forecast and report on campaign financial outcomes to ensure positive ROI
- Utilise data analytics to assess campaign performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Prepare and present regular campaign proposals and reports to the Senior Leadership Team, to gain approval and post campaign performance
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, reflecting a depth of knowledge and expertise.
- Extensive and proven track record in senior-level brand and campaign management, across brand and digital channels, and media planning, with a distinguished focus within retail
- Exceptional leadership and influencing ability, demonstrated through successful mentorship of campaign specialists and fostering an innovative team culture
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, showcasing an expert understanding of campaign dynamics
- Communication and collaboration skills, essential for effectively engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
