Heat Pump Technical Sales Manager

Location: covering the Midlands, Northern England and Scotland

What will I be doing?

• Design responsibility, and pre sales technical ability including the heat loss calcs.

• Working in both a new business environment as well as supporting colleagues with the development of their own customer base.

• Prepare an agreed national sales plan and manage the resources under your control to meet its objectives. 

• Proactively seek opportunities to continually improve processes and new ways of working across the network including a robust Project Tracking system, utilising all methods of interaction whilst maintaining a cost effective approach, maximising productivity and sharing of best practice.

What are we looking for?

• Sales and Technical experience with ASHP’s. 

• Looking for client facing sales representative who can also design and size residential heat pump systems. 

• Heat pump technical design knowledge, 

• Able to design a system and provide heat loss calcs, systems sizing etc
