Our strategy is to get closer to our customer, so we’re keen to find someone who lives and breathes the insulation and technical products market. It is integral to CCF’s business strategy as we go deeper into the market by building on our existing relationships and developing new ones.
Reporting into the UK Sales Director, you’ll have a terrific mentor who will help you continue your growth and development.
On a daily basis we want you to develop and deliver a compelling 360 customer engagement strategy including sales tenders, feedback and proposition development. We feel that the following challenges and opportunities are the start of your journey with us:-
On a day to day basis, we feel you’ll be involved with most of the below opportunities, however, our world is ever changing, very autonomous so you’ll need to be able to think on your feet!
Build and develop the annual sales strategy and plan including setting the agenda for heightened partnership agreements and a new business strategy.
Build the CCF Technical Insulation proposition wider through our portfolio of brands and businesses.
Develop the product proposition through the use of data and customer learning.
To achieve sales and profit targets for identified customers or customer types.
To work in conjunction with the Technical, business development and commercial team to facilitate engagement on all levels with all customers.
To understand the company’s goals and strategy, and work in full accordance with
To follow and engage colleagues in delivering an industry leading Stay Safe culture.
