As a Branch Sales Assistant in our Exeter branch, you will be working alongside a great supportive team!
What will you be doing?
There is no such thing as a typical day in Branch life at TF Solutions but you can always expect good customer service and a team which is willing to help whenever needed. You can also expect to gain exposure across a number of areas within your branch, allowing you to see where your strengths and interests lie and the direction you would like to develop your career in.
Your role responsibilities will require you to:
Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly at all times, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis.
Get to know customers better by talking over the counter and on the phone by taking orders, providing quotes, offering possible solutions and relatable products
Full training is provided in order to use our point of sale systems.
Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that our standards never slip, this means maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
Use your learnt knowledge of our products to assist with enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotes and help each customer with their purchase
