Joining our friendly and hardworking CCF team as a Warehouse Assistant, you'll be on the front line dealing with orders, deliveries and stock coming in and out of the business. As part of the branch team you will play a vital role in our continued success, providing a first class service.
What will I be doing?
The role is based in our branch in Carlisle (Kingmoor Park North), we are a team of 8 with 2 warehouse colleagues, your working hours will be 0700-1700 Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS!
You’ll be based in our warehouse where no two days are the same but this is what you can expect here are a few pointers:
- Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly at all times, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis
- You will be based in our Warehouse, processing our customer orders, loading and unloading customer and company vehicles
- Getting stock ready to be collected and delivered
- Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that our standards never slip, this means maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
- Training to drive a counterbalance truck will be given

In addition you will have a FORKLIFT licence.
