Location: Remote/UK Wide (Desk-based, with travel for meetings, training, and customer visits)

The Role:
We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented Technical Services Manager to join our technical team. You will play a key role in managing technical enquiries, supporting sales colleagues, and helping customers find the right insulation solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to incoming technical enquiries via phone and email.
Providing expert guidance on structural insulation products and applications.
Conducting U-value and condensation risk analysis calculations.
Liaising with suppliers and internal technical teams to confirm correct product specifications.
Logging and managing customer queries within the CRM system.
Developing technical and training content to support sales teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of insulation products, applications, and relevant building regulations.
Experience in conducting U-value and condensation risk analysis calculations (preferred).
Knowledge of passive fire protection products and systems (desirable).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Strong IT skills and experience working with CRM systems.
