What will you do? 

Working as part of the Finance Data Team, the role is to support the Business in the use of Big Query and Looker with complex Business reporting requirements to ensure the business can leverage the power of Data and deliver maximum value.

Some accountabilities of the role: 

• Becoming a Data Knowledge Champion within the BI space for the data held in existing legacy systems and their relationships with business processes to enable the creation / management of reporting solutions

• Engaging with the Business to capture requirements, identify possibilities and translation of Business requirements into Data Design to enable the creation / management of reporting solutions

• Looker Super User, capable of managing existing reporting estate and developing / improving new capabilities to meet constantly developing business requirements

• Big Query Super User, capable of managing existing reporting estate and developing / improving new capabilities to meet constantly developing business requirements

• Working within the Data Team to share knowledge, support multi threaded projects and drive best practice in the way the BI estate is designed, implemented and used

• Working with colleagues across the business to share knowledge, training and upskilling enabling them to be self sufficient within their capabilities.
