Are you an experienced Civils Branch Sales/Store Sales/Unit Sales Manager or have excellent sales experience and looking to develop your career further? Are you ready to step into a dedicated specialist operation? We are seeking a strong people/sales/customer service manager to take the reins of our Milton Keynes Regional Sales Office.  We are Keyline, part of Travis Perkins Group, and we are planning for the long term. 


Where will you be working?


Keyline are the the UK's number one supplier of specialist civils and drainage solutions with a nationwide branch network of over 40 branches, stocking materials that help our customers build, protect and maintain the vital construction - from roads to megastructures, and flood defence, energy, water and data supply - we all depend on to live our lives.


Our Milton Keynes sales office employs 6 within the sales team.


The role of Regional Sales Office Supervisor is one of the most challenging yet rewarding positions in our business, and this is no exception. 


Working hours will be Monday to Friday 07:30am - 5pm  NO WEEKENDS!

What will you be doing?

This is an Office based position carrying out sales from in coming and out going calls with our customers and suppliers.

  • Developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers in order to build profitable business growth. Build regular, productive and focused contact with the wider team in order to drive value add to the customers
  • Be in control of sales, margin and overheads to exceed targets and deliver best in class financial performance
  • Set the tone and champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch at all times promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing
  • You will lead, motivate, engage, delegate to empower your team to work together and deliver great service for our customers

The successful candidate will already be supporting/managing a similar size store or branch and will have relevant skills and experience. We are looking for transferable skills of Inspirational Leadership, Operational Management, Sales, Great Customer Service and Commercial Acumen.
