What you’ll be doing
It’s an exciting time to join as we embark on our recruitment transformation journey! As a key player in this process, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of non-management roles, including HGV drivers, apprentices, and kitchen designers. You’ll partner closely with the Regional Recruitment Business Partner and hiring managers to deliver an efficient, streamlined recruitment experience that meets the needs of the business. Your role will involve sourcing top-tier candidates, optimising recruitment strategies, and driving improvements to ensure we're consistently attracting the best talent. With hands-on involvement and the opportunity to influence change, you'll have a direct impact on shaping how we recruit and helping us reach our next level of success.

What you’ll be responsible for
Lead the Recruitment Process: Take charge of recruiting for non-management roles like HGV drivers, apprentices, and kitchen designers across your Region – from sourcing top candidates to guiding them through every step of the process.
Sourcing & Collaboration: Use your expertise to find great talent across various platforms, working closely with hiring managers to ensure we’re bringing in the best candidates quickly and efficiently.
Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates feel valued and informed throughout the process, offering clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
Market Insights & Strategy: Stay on top of industry trends and regional hiring needs, using your insights to continuously improve and refine our recruitment strategies.
Diversity & Compliance: Champion inclusive hiring, ensuring the process is fair, transparent, and fully aligned with company policies and legal standards.
Proactive & Informed Communication with Hiring Managers: Keep hiring managers fully in the loop at every stage, offering proactive updates so they never have to chase you for information. You’ll make sure they’re always up-to-date, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Who you are
Recruitment Experience: You bring 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a regional or multi-location setting.
Passionate About Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: You truly care about delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You ensure smooth, positive interactions throughout the recruitment journey and are dedicated to meeting their needs every step of the way.
Communication is Key: Strong communication is your superpower. Whether it’s building relationships with hiring managers, guiding candidates, or collaborating with team members, you know how to keep things clear, timely, and professional.
Organised & Efficient: You’re a master at juggling multiple roles and priorities, always staying on top of deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring quality throughout the process.
