We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in growing our insulation sales, managing key supplier and customer relationships, and driving business success.
Your Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:
✔ Drive sales growth by developing and implementing a regional insulation sales strategy.
✔ Promote CCF’s Customer Value Proposition and brand opportunities to regional house builders.
✔ Achieve ambitious sales and profit targets across key products and customer segments.
✔ Support external sales teams with technical and pricing expertise to increase market share.
✔ Build strong supplier and customer networks, staying ahead of industry trends.
✔ Monitor regulatory and technical developments to maintain our market-leading position.
✔ Provide technical training to enhance the expertise of colleagues and clients.
✔ Utilize sales hubs and project tracking tools to record business plans and ensure accountability.
What You Need to Succeed:
🔹 Experience in technical sales, insulation products, or the construction sector.
🔹 Strong industry knowledge – insulation systems, building regulations, and construction methods.
🔹 Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
🔹 Proven track record of developing long-term customer relationships.
🔹 Analytical mindset – experience in U-value calculations and reading construction drawings is a plus.
🔹 Self-motivated, organized, and ambitious with a results-driven approach.
