Part - Time Credit Administrator
Contract: Part - Time / 21 hours per week
Location: Keyline, Glasgow G5 8HQ (This role is onsite working)
Role Purpose:
Credit administrators are responsible for managing and administrating credit-related duties and are in charge of facilitating and providing support /processing for the credit services team. This primarily involves processing credit applications and supporting our cash allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely and efficiently process all customer requests for Credit Accounts making credit decisions in accordance with the Company Credit Policy.
Ensure that all customer payment receipts by Bacs & Cheque are processed, posted and allocated in accordance with company SLA agreements on a daily basis.
Assist with the reconciliation of the cash book / sales ledger statements
Assist with customer inbound calls making payments
Undertake additional duties as allocated by the Manager.
