This role offers the chance to showcase your operational skills, support branches with training and guidance and help land Regional & National projects and initiatives.

What will I be doing?
As an Operations Support Manager you report directly to the Head of Operations and you will play a crucial role in our continued success, supporting your region and ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence . You will be responsible for:
Complete Branch Health Reviews - These will include both Safety and Operational Excellence to ensure the branch is in a good place.
New Branch Manager Support - You will offer support to new Branch Managers to ensure they have a good understanding of our operational and compliance responsibilities.
Training - You will be instrumental in providing training in key areas where required by the business. This will be either in branch, in larger groups either in person or via Google Meet.
Offer High Risk KCR support - When we do have a high risk KCR you will offer support to the Branch Manager and Regional Director to provide training and guidance.
Regional Initiatives - You will be involved in landing regional initiatives.
National Projects - Your role will be vital in supporting national projects.
Regional Support - You will provide adhoc support to the Regional Directors you support.
What experience do you need?
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Branch Management &/or multi-site experience with a sound understanding of current process and systems. You'll also have great operational experience with the ability to guide and support Branch Managers and their teams. We are looking for a great attitude, drive and determination and the will to succeed.
