Operational Administrator
Working closely with the Business Support Manager to support branches and the region to effectively manage admin & cash management at all times by ensuring performance targets are met, looking for continuous improvement, ensuring the maintenance and application of company standards for admin management are met and cash control disciplines and principles are adhered to.
Ensuring branch admin processes are being managed well with key KPIs in areas Oracle support, DA’s in branch not to exceed 1 month outstanding & all Dropship to be processed in a timely manner.
Supporting the branch network to ensure customer disputes are being managed and processed in a timely manner using system tools such as Invevo.
Driving key cash controls, branch banking and compliance procedures throughout the network through training and development of branch teams.
Driving key admin controls throughout the network through training, support and identifying any weakness or non-conformance.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintain regular contact with branches, Regional Operations and Business Support Manager to enhance performance in all key administrative areas
Constantly monitor and support branches with Oracle match rates so that they are achieving required standards and identify root cause and non-conformance if not.
Constantly monitor and support branches with outstanding DA’s so we are minimising our outstanding supplier owed credit and improving company cash flow.
Constantly monitor and support branches with outstanding Invevo queries so we are minimising our aged customer debt and improving company cash flow.
Constantly monitor and support branches with cash banking discrepancies so we are minimising company losses and identifying weakness or non-conformance
Support branches by running drop in training sessions on areas of admin Key Controls.
Assist the BSM in Stocktake Investigations and in particular in those areas of administration that could impact results.
Assist the BSM in the constant improvement of all key control areas in branch and in particular areas of administration.
Assist the BSM and regional support team on new branch openings, relocations and closures.
Work with Branch Managers to maximise the performance of administration key controls in branches.
PERSON SPECIFICATION (Attributes against which candidates will be recruited)
Essential Experience
Previous role within a branch and involved in admin key controls
Fully conversant with the TP POS system
Desirable Experience
Experience of working in varying branch cultures at different levels.
Operational experience with a multi site company
Previous experience in a similar role
Desirable Qualifications
A standard of higher level education
Essential Skills
Good understanding of Oracle, Invevo and all Key Administrative controls in branch.
Good understanding of Google package and able to produce and interpret meaningful reports.

Excellent communication skills.
