National/Managed Services Credit Controller

What will you do? 

As a National/Managed Services Credit Controller, you will be responsible for liaising with customers internally and externally in the resolution of outstanding debt and invoice disputes.

Some accountabilities of the role: 

• Assist in the collection of overdue debt and in accordance with payment terms.

• Cash allocation

•  Logging, chasing and resolving queries raised, liaising with branches to accomplish this

•  Overdue debt escalation

• Monitor and ensure accounts are placed on stop when they remain unpaid

• Credit limit reviews up to £20,000
