Fixed Assets Finance Analyst

What you’ll do

Reporting into the Fixed Assets Finance Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to help improve the way finance operates and supports the business.  Bringing increased simplicity and control to processes and also transparency of financials to the wider business.  You will have exposure to senior stakeholders and excellent visibility across the Travis Perkins Group.

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Managing assets in our asset system and ledger for our merchanting businesses (c.£600m)

• Maintaining and supporting the work-in-progress (assets under construction) register to support of property and facilities teams

• Supporting the delivery of future finance processes in conjunction with the finance teams across the group

• Working alongside the team currently delivering on our brand new Apex programme

Is this you?

To be considered, you’ll need to enjoy performing complex data analysis and explaining the output to a diverse stakeholder group. You should have an understanding of finance, and the desire to unravel some of our current systems so that they are ready for the future. Most importantly, you will be ambitious and be keen to learn and develop.
