Location: Hybrid role working remotely and from our branch in Burton upon Trent
What you’ll do
As the eCommerce Manager you will be responsible for the website P&L, with the main focus on maximising conversion to lead and online sales, driving visitor acquisition through digital channels and SEO.
Some accountabilities of the role:
- Manage online trading initiatives and end to end ecommerce operation
- Work closely with the commercial and operations teams to maintain, manage and merchandise the product/pricing/stock/fulfilment for the website
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver digital elements of marketing campaigns and promotions, to maximise conversion
- Work closely with the Website Manager to get a UX/UI to best suit our customer’s journeys that is fast, secure and easy to use
- Monitor web stats and generate reports on digital performance
- Creation of digital content.
Is this you?
The successful candidate will have eCommerce and product management experience, along with digital marketing and SEO. It is important that you are a team-player with a leadership mindset and prepared to get involved. You will be confident in managing a budget, quantifying and forecasting benefits and measuring impact via analytics and conversion tracking.
