We are currently looking for 3 x Credit Controllers to join our Credit Services team, this is a hybrid role where you will work from home and also in our Head office in Northampton. If you have excellent customer service, and are a team player then we want to hear from you!  

Hybrid fashion with 2 days in the office as a minimum.

Once you have completed your training in our Head Office - then hybrid is granted!

Working hours - 8.45am - 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs per week)

Some Saturday shifts will be required 8am-12pm on a rota'd basis - additional pay allowance is given!


What you’ll do

As the Credit Controller you will manage the collection of any outstanding debt to the business and minimise any risk or bad debt. You will liaise with customers internally and externally in resolution of debt and invoice disputes, review credit limits in line with both spend and risk. As the credit controller you will be part of a bigger team and have the help and support of others 

Some accountabilities of the role 

- Assess all requests to review all credit limits up to a certain amount. 
- Pre-chase debt to ensure it is ready for payment when it falls due 
- Assist the collection of overdue debt in accordance with payment terms. 
- Sending out overdue letters in line with the monthly timetable. 
- Monitor and ensure accounts are placed on stop if they remain unpaid.

You will be given full training to become a fully fledged Credit Controller, so don’t worry if you don’t have any experience we will help you with that! 

You will also have the opportunity to train towards CICM or start an apprenticeship to help with your learning and development.
