Artworker
Are you passionate about designing high-quality marketing collateral? Do you have experience creating both offline and online artwork that meets the highest standards and aligns with brand guidelines? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
You will work as part of a team to produce artwork for both print and digital assets, across a variety of formats and marketing requirements. This includes local and national campaigns, in-branch point-of-sale materials, brochures, direct mail, and digital marketing channels.
Location: This is a hybrid based role, with travel to our head office based in Duston, Northampton once a week.
What you’ll do
Provide skilled and technical input on all aspects of graphic design and artwork production from brief through to output.
Carry out amends to artwork briefed by the Marketing and Digital team, Category Teams and various internal stakeholders.
Take ownership of your own work, highlighting any concerns,risks or support that may be required.
Collaborate and work effectively with the wider team and provide additional support when required.
Take ownership of continual professional development and keep up to date with new design trends.
Is this you?
Proven success working in a similar role within a high performance team
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and be Mac literate
A good understanding of design/artwork best practice across both offline and online channels
Confident in communicating verbally, visually and in writing with various stakeholders and at all levels
Exceptional time management with the ability to work on multiple projects
A highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
Able to provide a portfolio of previous work demonstrating design ability from brief through to delivery
A degree in Digital Media/ Digital Marketing/ Graphic Design or equivalent would be desired but not essential
