IT Support Analyst

You will be responsible for providing initial first-line support for all users of company applications, devices, and services.

In this role, you'll be part of a close-knit, culturally diverse team, utilising a diverse skill set and various tools. It’s our ambition that everyone within our Group feels confident to be their authentic selves and that they belong so you can expect to work alongside people from all walks of life. 

You’ll use skilful questions to identify tech issues as fast as possible, attempt to resolve these issues, and where necessary escalate faults to the internal support team to enable a successful resolution. 

Information Security Operations Manager

As an Information Security Operations Manager, you’ll be helping to drive the strategy, road map, and operational security capabilities of Information Security. 

In this leadership role, you'll oversee and guide the SecOps team, managing their daily tasks, performance, and growth. 

You will be responsible for ensuring a robust cybersecurity monitoring and response system, swiftly handling major incidents, and maintaining effective threat management through vulnerability detection processes and technologies. 

Information Security Cloud Analyst

As an Information Security Cloud Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving all security operational procedures, processes and technical controls, monitoring, detecting and responding to security threats, threat hunting, and threat intelligence.

As a Solutions Architect, you’ll be responsible for developing the solution designs that translate high-level aspirations into implementable outcomes. 

You’ll work closely with Architects who collectively orchestrate the roadmaps of the Travis Perkins brands across the entire value chain.
